Are your products in-stock?
All products are in-stock and ready to ship unless explicitly stated to check availability.
Do online images accurately display the product and colors?
The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Please be advised that in some cases patterns and colors may vary according to size.
How do I track my delivery?
Once you've placed an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your tracking link. You can also ask 'Where's my order?' to our WhatsApp.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

If you would like to upgrade to expedited shipping, please contact our customer support team for more details on availability and pricing. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that your rug may need to be folded to fulfill our expedited shipping carrier's dimension requirements.
