How do I earn?
To earn points, purchase the pieces you love. That’s it! Your points will be added to you account history and will change from “pending” to “approved” 7 days after your purchase date. You can also earn points by signing up, following us on social media, referring friends, and sharing your birthday with us so we can celebrate you every year.
Do I need to create a new account to join the rewards program, or can I use my existing account?
Jakarta Rewards is tied to your account system, so if you have already signed up, there are no extra steps required. You just need to log in.
How do I see my points?
You can see your Jakarta points in your Profile. Simply log into your account, then click on Profile page.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your Jakarta Rewards points, trade in for coupons and apply or copy the code at checkout. In order to see your points and redeem them on your order, you must be logged into your account.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
If you make a return on an item (or items) purchased with your reward points, the points will be returned to your account.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire. They are valid for a 24-month period from the time of approval. We will send you an email as the expiration date approaches as a reminder to use them before they’re gone.
Can I refer a friend?
Absolutely! You’ll earn 50 points for every friend you refer who isn’t a member and makes a purchase.
